Healthy Yums

My healthy eating philosophy is pretty simple.  Eat whole foods, cook, turn eating into an event.  Love your food.  Never restrict yourself from something you love.  If what you love isn’t all that healthy, eat it anyway…just don’t do it everyday!  Try new foods.  You never know what you might like until you try it!  Food is meant to be enjoyed and savored.  Stop counting calories, start nourishing your body.  It is just that simple.
